Smoking Fish on a Tropical Island
While sailing across the Bahamas I was craving my favorite Sunday brunch breakfast, bagels cream cheese and lox. We found a deserted beach island where someone had made a small grill from lime stone under a tiki hut. I smoke cero mackerel using coconuts and we have an amazing breakfast on board @spear_it_raff boat, The Spear It Animals, with our friends Sascha and Natalie from Sailing the Far Side @sailingthefarside using Natalies fish. @knot.a.clue, who made the bagels, @freediversteph who got us all together and @davidlangoiss

I decided to take everything that would be thrown away and make 4 separate meals out of it. In this 4 part series I use the head, collar, ribs and rack to make 4 different delicious meals.
